OMG Gram would make these but we called them “rollups” or “butter horns” also they are the most fucking delicious little croissant cookies. She’d use walnut paste from a jar for the filling, or apricot (because one of my cousins is allergic to nuts and he’d get upset if he couldn’t eat the cookies)
